Asurion acquisition email campaign

Role: Creative Strategy + Copywriting

 

Challenge

In support of Asurions's first big D2C product launch, our team was tasked with acquiring new customers by remarketing to those who’ve visited Asurion.com, signed up for emails, but didn’t make it to the buy flow to purchase the Home+ product.

 

Solution

A segmented and targeted campaign that strengthened Asurion’s marketing efforts by thinking creatively to present the company in a fresh, compelling way through on-brand messaging, minimal design, and concise, whimsical copy.

Result

We scaled our customer base to 250k in the first year and it was projected to reach over 1 million in year two.
