Asurion email engagement campaign

Role: Brand Strategy + Copywriting



Confirm the viability of a new product by market testing among key audiences to get an understanding of the economics at a knowable scale.



A campaign that pushes the boundaries of how we communicate within the email channel as well as the Asurion brand voice. Coupled with an ambitious testing plan of over 30 unique emails and multiple audience versions—this project was a big win and helped inform executive decision-making.
